Caregivers Oasis supports the efforts of caregivers by offering programs, products and services that increase their daily wellness and help manage stress and reduce burnout. Our philosophy is to be an educational resource for caregiver’s and a place to find resources to enhance their personal wellness.

The Resources section offers caregivers articles and references on topics such as stress management, treatment options and advice on dealing with disabilities and common medical conditions.

The Programs offered by Caregivers Oasis are available locally throughout New Jersey. Our innovative philosophy of body, mind and spirit include programs of tai chi, qigong, and stress management.

These programs were researched, designed and developed by Neil Campbell Tucker, M.Ed,, of American Disabilities Corporation, to be a tool for caregivers to nurture and develop their personal resources, manage daily stress and gain enhanced living practices.
